QTTA

Our Story

The story of the Qatar Table Tennis Association (QTTA) is one of passion, ambition, and a bold vision to transform the game of table tennis in Qatar.

Founded with a deep belief in the power of sport to unite, inspire, and elevate, QTTA has grown from a small national federation into one of the region’s most respected sporting organizations. Over the years, we have nurtured homegrown talent, brought world-class coaching to our athletes, and built a competitive ecosystem that extends from local clubs to the international stage.

Our journey has been marked by historic milestones — from hosting regional championships to welcoming the world’s best players to Doha. But beyond the trophies and the headlines, our true pride lies in the community we’ve built: a vibrant network of athletes, coaches, fans, and partners who share our love for the game.

As we prepare to host the 2025 ITTF World Table Tennis Championships, QTTA stands at a defining moment. This is more than just an event; it’s a celebration of Qatar’s place on the global sporting map and a symbol of everything we’ve worked for.

Our story is still being written — on every court, in every training session, and with every young player who dreams of representing Qatar. And we invite you to be part of this incredible journey.
