Extended meeting of all organizing committees

As part of the final preparations for hosting The World Table Tennis 2025 – Doha, an expanded meeting of all organizing committees was held today at the Lusail Sports Hall, attended by committee representatives and relevant officials. The meeting reviewed the latest technical and logistical preparations and arrangements to ensure the hall and all facilities are ready before the start of the tournament.

The meeting discussed the following topics:

• Lusail Arena and supporting facilities are ready.

• Entry and exit plans and crowd management.

• Security and health arrangements.

• Media and television broadcasting equipment.

• Receiving delegations and official guests.

• Tournament schedule and accompanying events.

The Chairman of the Organizing Committee emphasized the importance of full coordination among all committees to ensure an exceptional edition of the tournament, one befitting Qatar's leading position in hosting major international sporting events.

The World Table Tennis 2025 – Doha, will take place at the Lusail Sports Arena from May 17 to 25, 2025 and The Sport Center at the University of Qatar, featuring some of the world's best table tennis players.
